Welcome to Energy Intelligence’s new and improved website. Get answers to your questions, along with guidance on who to contact for additional support.

1. What is my Energy Intelligence username?

Your username is your business email address

2. How do I reset my Energy Intelligence password?

Click on the Login button in the top right of your screen:

  • Click on CLICK HERE TO RESET IT in the bottom right of the Log In window
  • Enter your business email and click on SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS to receive an email that will take you through the process of updating your password

    Please note: If you do not receive your reset email within 2 minutes, please check the ‘Junk’ folder in your email, or the spam filter of your company’s firewall system

3. How do I set up my Energy Intelligence account?

For existing corporate subscriptions to Energy Intelligence, please contact Deborah Brown at customerservice@energyintel.com who will help set up your user account and provide access to your subscription products

4. I cannot access products and services I subscribe to. Who should I contact?

  • Contact us via the Chat function in the bottom right corner of the website, and our Customer Service team will be able to help you

5. How do I access padlocked content?

  • Our website shows you the whole world of Energy Intelligence, however, your subscription may not include access to everything we offer
  • If you’d like to discuss an upgrade, trial access, or have questions about your subscription, please contact your Account Manager directly, or email Sam Ghrairi at sales@energyintel.com

6. I can’t find my existing subscription content on this new site. Who should I contact?

  • Contact us via the Chat function in the bottom right corner of the website, and our Customer Service team will be able to walk you through the new layout of our website

7. I have a different question. Who should I contact?

8. What’s new about the Energy Intelligence website?

Our new website provides a better user experience – with a customized news feed, enhanced data visualization and interactivity, and mobile responsiveness, making it easier to take Energy Intelligence with you

We’ve also designed the site to be:

  • Aligned to the way you think about your business – take full advantage of our core service offerings on the Energy Transition, Oil Markets, LNG, Risk, and Competitive Intelligence to access deep insights you can trust, and can’t get anywhere else
  • Relevant to your interests – leverage our expertise in analysis, research, data or news, and explore related topics of interest from across the website
  • Tailored to your needs – use the new MY EI feature to customize your content feed from across your entire subscription, and focus on the topics, companies and regions that matter to you

9. Can I still use the Energy Intelligence app?

You can now use our new responsive website to access your Energy Intelligence content on mobile phones and tablets, so we have temporarily discontinued the legacy app.

The new website gives you mobile access to all our content including research, data, podcasts and videos, which were unavailable on the app. This enhanced functionality gives you the full power of Energy Intelligence on your mobile device.

How to add a shortcut to Energy Intelligence on the home screen of your iPhone or iPad:

  • Open Safari on your device
  • Visit www.energyintel.com
  • Tap on the share icon (a square with the arrow pointing up) 
  • Scroll down the list of options to find Add to Home Screen
  • Tap on Add to Home Screen to create an icon for energyintel.com
  • The orange Energy Intelligence logo will now appear on your home screen
  • Tap on this icon for immediate access to your Energy Intelligence content

How to add a shortcut to Energy Intelligence on the home screen of your Android device:

  • Open a web browsing app, such as Chrome, on your device
  • Visit www.energyintel.com
  • Tap on the Menu (the 3 dots in the top corner of the screen)
  • Scroll down the list of options to find Add to Home screen
  • Tap on Add to Home screen to create an icon for energyintel.com
  • The orange Energy Intelligence logo will now appear on your home screen
  • Tap on this icon for immediate access to your Energy Intelligence content
