Oil prices leapt across the board after Saudi Arabia and Russia confirmed they would extend production and export cuts until the end of the year. De facto diesel benchmark ICE low-sulfur gasoil (LSGO) futures spiked as the Opec-plus supply cuts threatened to choke off badly needed winter fuel production.
