Russia's Zarubezhneft has ordered due diligence of the VetroOGK-2 company set up in Russia to build and operate wind power farms, pointing to a possible takeover. The company's recently updated strategy envisages building a portfolio of alternative energy capacity of some 300 MW by 2025 and 1,000 MW by 2030.
