RusKhimAlyans, the operator of Gazprom’s Ust-Luga gas processing and LNG project in northwestern Russia, has filed an arbitration claim to recover 45.7 billion rubles ($480 million) from UniCredit bank in loan guarantees under the construction contract with engineering firm Linde.
