Russian Diesel Exports Seen Steady Before Subsidy Cut

Seaborne exports of diesel from Russia will hold steady just above 600,000 barrels per day in August, according to rail and pipeline data seen by Energy Intelligence, as producers continue to focus on the domestic market where they benefit from a generous subsidy.
