Portugal is thinking far beyond its own borders as it prepares for the energy transition, envisaging itself as a major international supplier of lithium and green hydrogen. That's a top takeaway from Ana Fontoura Gouveia, Portugal's Secretary of State for Energy and Climate, who recently spoke with Energy Intelligence on the sidelines of the Opec International Seminar in Vienna.
