Judge Rejects UK Climate Suit Targeting Shell Board

A UK judge has ruled once again that Shell should not have to face what would have been a landmark lawsuit seeking to force the supermajor to set more ambitious carbon reduction goals by holding its board of directors personally liable for its energy transition and climate strategy.
