The corporate power purchase agreement (PPA) market is growing in Europe as companies look for ways to offset volatile wholesale electricity prices and satisfy increasing calls from certain shareholder groups to become more ESG-focused. Neon Steinecke, director of sustainability solutions at Engie Impact, the consultancy arm of utility Engie, discusses the big issues affecting the European corporate PPA market with Energy Intelligence.
