The developer of a planned LNG export project in the eastern Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) is in talks with offshore oil operators to supply stranded gas from the Jeanne d’Arc basin as feedstock for the facility, a sign of life for a region that has seen a number of LNG projects stall.
