June gas futures sank 10.4¢ Tuesday to $2.214 per million Btu. With production hovering around 101–102 Bcf/d and space heating demand at shoulder season levels, bears are likely to remain in control until summer weather drives power demand higher and Cameron LNG — flows to which have been down by about 1 Bcf/d — returns to full capacity, Gelber & Associates analysts said.
