Canadian junior Denison Mines announced this week that a study examining the potential application of in-situ recovery (ISR) mining at its Midwest uranium project in Canada’s Athabasca Basin found positive results, while Ukrainian state-owned nuclear operator Energoatom and Cameco signed the last of three agreements covering U3O8 and UF6 supply.
