EIA Projects Big Reduction in Energy Emissions by 2030

The portions of the US Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) implemented so far could see US energy sector emissions fall by 25%-38% by 2030 as renewables make up an increasing portion of domestic electricity generation, according to a report from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA).
