Russian Oil Sales Rebound on Asian Demand

After declining by almost 400,000 barrels per day month on month in February, Russia's crude oil exports rebounded in the first half of March. Market players say that loadings are full at the country’s key export outlets. Demand in China and India remains strong with India making inroads into Russia’s Pacific exports. But insiders say residual pipeline shipments to Europe could drop further this month.
