Freeport LNG this week received federal approval to restart Train 1, meaning all three of the Texas export facility’s liquefaction trains have been authorized to return to service. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, along with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, granted the approval after a joint visit to the site on Mar. 2.
