Saudi Refinery Outage Led to Russian Diesel Imports

Saudi Arabia's recent imports of diesel from Russia were used to make up for shortages caused by operational problems at the Ras Tanura refinery in the kingdom's Eastern Province and the diesel will not be re-exported, industry sources familiar with the matter said.
