Argentina could be getting closer to becoming an LNG exporter again, as material progress on the upstream and midstream fronts and a global need for supplies could be pushing the goal closer than previously expected. However, long-standing regulatory issues, as well as economic and political uncertainty, continue to cloud the outlook for timely LNG exports.
