Russia Poised to Cut March Exports

Russia is expected to cut Urals crude oil exports this month as part of its plan to slash production by 500,000 barrels per day. The move would signal that the country is not ready to sell its oil at any price just to keep volumes up, while refiners see more sense in sending their barrels to the domestic market ahead of downstream tax changes.
