Questions still linger over how much natural gas and LNG Algeria can deliver to Europe following promises to expand gas exports in the wake of Russia’s war in Ukraine. Algeria is hoping it can capitalize on the lavish attention it has received from Europe to boost foreign investment in its upstream and to sign long-term deals with European companies.
