European oil traders are locked in a fierce debate about where Russian diesel might go after an EU embargo takes effect Feb. 5, and how long it might be before shipping becomes a major problem. Russia needs to find new homes — and Europe needs to find replacements — for at least 700,000 b/d of diesel.
