Astana is contemplating a major shakeup in Kazatomprom's joint-venture (JV) partnerships with Russia's Uranium One and other key uranium miners as it eyes the continued prospect of mooted anti-Russian sanctions or bans on Russian nuclear fuel supplies impacting its operations.
