Moscow and Islamabad have reached "conceptual accords" on Russian crude oil supplies to Pakistan. Key issues — including volumes, payments and delivery routes — remain to be hammered out, but both sides see the agreements as win-win as Moscow seeks new markets for its crude, while Islamabad can secure a cheaper source of energy.
