DOE Launches Decarbonization Programs

The US Department of Energy (DOE) on Tuesday formally launched four programs aimed at facilitating the deployment of direct air capture (DAC) and CO2 removal, including much-anticipated regional “hubs," backed by $3.7 billion in federal funding.
