Moscow, in a bid to counter the G7-mandated price cap on Russian seaborne crude exports, is mulling a decisive move that would make all oil sales complying with the cap illegal. The mechanism for implementing such a ban is under discussion together with Russian producers and will be ready by the end of this month, according to Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
