US-based Sempra has entered into an LNG supply agreement with European-based petrochemical giant Ineos in which the latter will purchase 1.4 million tons per year of LNG on a free-on-board basis for a 20-year period from the 13.5 million ton per year Phase 1 of Port Arthur LNG.
