Sakhalin-1 Oil to Be Capped

Oil produced from the Sakhalin-1 project would be subject to the price cap planned to be introduced on Russian crude exports on Dec. 5, the Japanese authorities were quoted as saying. Sodeco, a consortium of Japanese companies, has retained its 30% stake in Sakhalin-1.
