Exploration drilling at the Zhenis Block in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea by a joint venture between Lukoil and Kazmunaigas (KMG) is to start on Dec. 15. Drilling is to be carried out from the Azeri semisubmersible drilling rig Dada Gorgud, according to KMG.
