Russia's Lukoil plans to reroute crude oil shipments previously carried by the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) line — a move prompted by the EU's ban on imports of Russian crude from Dec. 5.
