COP27 Seen as Neutral for Russia

Russia's delegation to the UN COP27 climate summit in Egypt earlier in November was small and not welcomed at some negotiating tables. Moscow made no new commitments and set no new targets in Egypt, but the overall outcome of the event might rather be seen as neutral for the country, which says it still sticks to its low-carbon strategy.
