Court Cancels NS2 Fine

The Polish court of competition and consumer protection has cancelled a fine of more than $6 billion imposed on Russia’s Gazprom and five Nord Stream 2 project partners, the Polish antitrust watchdog said on Nov. 21. The watchdog, Uokik, said it would appeal the court decision.
