Ukraine and Belarus are looking to increase tariffs for pumping Russian crude oil via their sections of the Druzhba pipeline to Europe. Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft confirmed that it had received letters from Ukraine's Ukrtransneft and Belarus' Gomeltransneft on the planned increases.
