TotalEnergies hopes to make a decision early next year on lifting a force majeure on the $20 billion Mozambique LNG project, once it completes an audit on the security situation in the northeast region of Cabo Delgado, the company’s chief executive, Patrick Pouyanne, told the Energy Intelligence Forum in London.
