The geopolitical divide since the Russian invasion of Ukraine has grown and ossified in the nuclear newbuild space as much as it has in other sectors: Moscow on one side and Washington, Paris and Seoul on the other — all pushing their respective nuclear champions while close allies warily eye each other in contested markets such as Saudi Arabia or India.
