Turkey to Dash EU Hopes for Caspian Gas

EU hopes to secure extra gas from the Caspian to help replace dwindling Russian volumes look certain to be dashed. Turkey, which has the first rights to any incremental gas from Azerbaijan, says it will take everything it can get its hands on.
