Kuwait Aviation Fueling Co. (Kafco) is tapping the expertise of its international counterpart Q8Aviation to improve its refueling operations at Kuwait International Airport. Q8Aviation has just been awarded a contract to provide technical services to Kafco including inspections, technical assistance, training and engineering consultancy. Kafco is the sole jet fuel supplier at Kuwait International where it operates the airport’s hydrant system and 27 million liters storage facility. Both companies come under the umbrella of Kuwait Petroleum Corp. Q8Aviation is an affiliate of KPC’s international downstream division Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI).
