Spot prices in Southwest Europe were assessed $2.49 higher at $47.45/MMBtu. The UK National Balancing Point day-ahead price was assessed $10.69 higher at $32.54/MMBtu, while the September front-month NBP ICE contract fell $1.85 to $42.77/MMBtu. Netbacks for Mideast sellers in Asia were about 47¢ lower than in Southwest Europe, while UK/Belgian netbacks were $14.51/MMBtu lower than in Asia.
