TVA Gas Plans Questioned

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) should reconsider an initial decision to replace its largest coal plant with a natural gas one, arguing that there are cheaper and cleaner options to combat climate change.
