Marcellus Shale gas producers eager to supply US LNG export projects but facing tightening capacity out of the region got hopeful news this week. New York-based Penn America Energy has rolled out a plan to build a 7 million ton/yr — or 1 Bcf/d of gas — LNG export terminal in Chester, Pennsylvania.
