For the first time since 2020, the Cameroon floating LNG plant is understood to have loaded a cargo onto a vessel that was not chartered by Gazprom Marketing and Trading (GM&T), the exclusive offtaker at the West African plant, which suggests that the company may have sold this cargo on a spot basis.
