Kashagan Field In Line for Further Expansion

The international consortium overseeing the giant Kashagan oil development offshore Kazakhstan is discussing a second-phase expansion that could double production from the field to around 700,000 barrels per day by the end of the decade, according to information provided by Kazakh state oil company Kazmunaigas (KMG).
