Abu Dhabi-based Masdar has signed a series of memorandums of understandings (MOUs) that will see it develop Egypt's first green hydrogen plant. Masdar and Egypt’s Hassan Allam Utilities have signed MOUs with Egyptian state-backed organizations to cooperate on the development of green hydrogen production plants in the Suez Canal economic zone and on the Mediterranean coast.
