The deal highlights emerging markets for zero-emissions hydrogen as companies across the economy look to decarbonize their operations. Under the deal announced Tuesday, Walmart has the option to take delivery of up to 20 tons/day of liquid green hydrogen from Plug for use in material-handling lift trucks in its warehouses.
