Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) is moving swiftly on plans to build new LNG export capacity in the emirate of Fujairah, outside the strategic Strait of Hormuz waterway, as it seeks to bolster its position as an exporter of the fuel at a time of market upheaval and rising global demand.
