Paladin Energy is the first junior miner out of the gate in the race to restart conventional yellowcake production, but given the continued momentum within what is now indisputably a uranium bull market, a number of juniors sitting on brownfield projects that previously produced are not far behind. Some in-situ recovery (ISR) juniors may even get there first.
