Russian ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) is changing hands at a $20-$40 per metric ton ($2.70-$5.40 per barrel) discount to other origins in Europe as buyers shun purchases in the absence of a formal EU boycott over Moscow's war in Ukraine.
