Gas, Oil Producers Wary of Costly New Rules in Colorado

Colorado now has some of the “strictest and costliest regulations” in the nation that will cost energy producers an additional $500 million annually once a new round of state mandates is codified, the Colorado Oil and Gas Association (Coga) maintains.
