Unrestrained Permian Gas Flaring

Exxon Mobil has become the latest and largest US producer to adopt net-zero emissions targets for its operations. Delivering on those will start in the Permian Basin, where flaring and methane emissions related to associated gas production have been an eye-sore for the industry.
