France: Regulator Suggests 'Marshall Plan' for Nuclear Sector

The Nuclear Safety Authority (ASN) this week warned of "twofold fragility" within the French electricity system, from both EDF's reactor fleet and its nuclear fuel cycle, and called for a nuclear "Marshall Plan" if the government proceeds with major newbuild plans.
