Domestic Market Spurs Russia's Aviation Revival

Russia’s airline industry witnessed a massive surge in business activity last year in its domestic market, which helped offset limited turnover on high-margin international routes. In the January-November period, the country’s airlines handled 103 million passengers, a 60% increase compared to the same period in 2020, industry regulator Rosaviatsia said.
