Seaborne Oil Exports to Rise

Seaborne exports from Russia's ports are poised to rise in January, loading programs obtained by Energy Intelligence show (table). The loading programs for the Baltic and Black Sea ports were issued unusually late this month as pipeline operator Transneft was signing final shipment accords with oil companies and declined to provide January allocations until all the agreements are signed, market players say.
