Looming Mideast Disorder

Implementation this year in areas such as carbon capture and storage (CCS), hydrogen and renewables will be critical. And ahead of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates hosting the next two UN climate conferences, expect other regional players to announce net-zero pledges — or risk falling further behind, potentially sharpening the regional divide.
